our herbs
The Food for Thought garden has a selection of great herbs within it. I encourage you to taste a new herb, or include one in your meal the next time you visit the garden.
The herbs and stools are there to be used, a community resource. When harvesting leaves from the garden - please pick the lower larger leaves of the plants, and refrain from taking any new growth or buds. Mindful leaf selection supports the health and longevity of the plants in the garden. Thank you for taking care and respecting the herbs.
