The Anthotype Project

behind the scenes processes

creating pictures with children brought a new energy and perspective to image making

Exhibition Curation:

Students curated the display of their prints on their classroom wall, deciding how they would like to see their work displayed on a gallery wall. They were encouraged to think about the perspective of the viewer, and to consider what images complimented each other - but were ultimately given free rein. Each student understood the task differently, the resulting arrangement appeared to be a visual mapping of student friendships more than anything else - adding another layer of interest to the work.
